Food was delicious and generous portion sizes too. Staff were super friendly and made us and our dog feel really welcome. If you're staying in the area on holiday as we are, it's 100% worth the trip!
Had a fantastic meal here. We sat out in the sunshine but still received fantastic service, our waiter kept us very entertained! The food was exceptional. I had a burger and pulled pork fries, all piping hot and delicious. The burger is easily the best I've had in Galloway! My dad had a steak which he said was cooked to perfection. Be warned - the portions are huge and there was no way we could eat everything (to our dogs delight). We'll definitely be returning here.
Lovely lady served us, very nice to have chat with. It was a heavy rainfall that caused us to call in after coming across by chance and glad we did. Unfortunately hubby wasn't feeling great so quite a bit of food left but thoroughly enjoyed what had. Lovely feel to the place with a little quirkiness . I had the plant based burger which I would recommend and hubby had "proper" burger.

Booked a table and went along on a Friday night at around 19:30. The staff were really lovely and friendly, the food was delicious, we ordered too much but it was all good. Desserts were just as good as mains. We will be back if ever over this way again. Thank you
Lovely place, very welcoming and pleasant staff. Good range of options on the menu. Hot dogs looked great, ribs were very solid. Desserts were excellent and seasonal specials looked very good. Great view of the water and plenty of spaces in the carpark. Not many tables so booking over the phone would be recommended. Highly recommended!
Popped in for some tea whilst staying at a local campsite. So glad we did, brilliant food, excellent and speedy service and a really snazzy establishment! Would highly recommend!
